⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience from start to finish! The staff was friendly, professional, and really knew their stuff. They helped me find the right setup for my car, explained everything clearly, and did an excellent job overall. The sound quality turned out amazing, and the work was clean and professional. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality car audio and great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future upgrades! Ask for Ali!

Great service! Highly recommend. I recently purchased a 2009 MB SL550 that had blown out OEM Hardon Kardon speakers in both the driver and passenger doors. I made the decision to keep the OEM COMAND infortainment system and just replace the door speakers. After a little research I decided to buy Powerbass 6.5 inch 2 Ohm speakers off of Amazon and had New Image pull the OEM Hardon Kardons and replace them with just the Powerbass 6.5 inch as the tweeters were still good. Rick did a wonderful installation and I could not be happier with the sound quality. These guys are awesome!

Had a GPS tracker installed here and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and got everything installed quickly with a clean, quality finish. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was working before I left. Great service and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing tracker installation or other automotive electronics. 5/5.

Had several opportunities to work with them. Every time I worked with Ali he spoke the word with me and was very good and knowledgeable about what I needed. I’m so happy with the system they put in my Infiniti with limited trunk space. Now I am back for a new head unit. Great deals. I’m sure I will be back for an alarm upgrade and a push to start. Sometimes I just come over here for good conversation. I recommend this shop for all your auto needs.
